6:00amに起きて、トレーニングしていました。 I was getting up and training at 6:00 in the morning.


セブ島のスーパーで見つけたお気に入りのミネラルウォーター。お水にはちょっとした拘りがありまして、数種類のミネラルウォーターを買い込んで飲み比べました（笑）
